We work on building and home-improvement projects across Sevenoaks and the surrounding Kent area. Some stages we carry out ourselves; for the specialist ones we bring in trades we know and trust — and we tell you which is which before you commit to anything.

Building & home-improvement projects
Whole projects taken on and run from first look to final tidy-up — planned, sequenced and answerable to one person.
This is the core of what we do. You tell us what you want to change about the property; we work out what it actually takes, in what order, and who needs to be on site when. We price it clearly, run it, and keep you posted while it’s happening. It’s the part most people find hardest about building work, and it’s the part we’re here to take off you.

Project management & trusted trades
Bringing in the right specialist for each stage — and standing behind the choice. It’s the thing our reviews mention most.
A good project needs several trades, and the difference between a good job and a bad one is usually who you got and when. We have people we use and trust, we handle the briefing and the scheduling, and we stay in the middle of it so nobody has to chase anybody. One client wrote that we “made everything easy by matching me with trusted contractors, saving me time and hassle” — that’s the job, in their words.

Garden renovations & outdoor builds
Sloping, tired or unusable gardens rebuilt into level, walled, paved, planted space you’d actually sit in.
Retaining walls, terraces, steps, porcelain and stone paving, turf, fencing and screens. A garden rebuild is really a small building project — groundworks, levels, drainage and structure first, the pretty part last — which is why it suits the way we run jobs. Our project gallery is mostly this kind of work.

Garden rooms & outbuildings
Detached rooms at the end of the garden — base, frame, roof, cladding and the services that make them usable all year.
An office, a gym or a spare room without extending the house. We set the base and drainage out properly, build the structure, and coordinate the electrics and finishes so it ends up a room you use in February, not a shed with a nice door.

Groundworks, foundations & structure
Footings, slabs, blockwork and retaining structures — the half of a project nobody photographs and everybody relies on.
Levels, excavation, footings, concrete, blockwork and retaining walls. Getting this stage right is what stops a patio moving, a wall bulging or a garden room going damp. We’d rather spend an extra day under the ground than come back in two years.

Drainage problems
Something backing up, smelling or not draining? We look, tell you plainly what’s happened, and get the right people onto it.
Drainage is the enquiry people make in a panic, so the first thing we do is take the panic out of it — come and look, explain what’s actually going on, and set out the options and what each one costs. From there we either sort it or bring in the drainage specialists we work with. Several of our reviews came out of exactly this call.

Landlords & rental property
Works between tenancies, repairs that need doing properly once, and a single point of contact when you’re not local.
If you let a property, you mainly need someone who picks up the phone, goes and looks, and reports back honestly. We do maintenance and improvement work on rented homes around Sevenoaks — including the sort of job where the landlord is two hours away and needs it dealt with without a running commentary.
