Hodgson & Partners is a Sevenoaks firm that takes on building and home-improvement projects across the surrounding Kent area. It is run by Ted Hodgson — the sole director of T.Hodgson & Partners Ltd, and the person who will answer when you ring.
The work covers garden renovations and outdoor builds, garden rooms, groundworks and structure, drainage problems, and maintenance and improvement work on rented property. Some of it we carry out ourselves. For the specialist stages — heating, electrics, drainage and the like — we bring in trades we know and trust, brief them properly and keep them to the sequence. We're straight with clients about which is which.
That middle role is what people actually write about. One client came to us specifically to be matched with contractors for underfloor heating and said we “made everything easy… saving me time and hassle”. Another firm put a client of theirs in touch with us for a drainage job and reported back that it was “handled quickly and professionally”. Somebody else, more memorably, called us “Ted and his merry men”. We've decided to take that as a compliment.
We're new. T.Hodgson & Partners Ltd was incorporated in July 2025 and is registered at Companies House under number 16594512. We'd rather say that plainly than imply a long history we haven't earned — and then let the work, and the reviews it has produced so far, speak for the rest.
